Over the past months, we have warned you through several of our updates about one specific company, Vacation Ownership (VO) Group. And the complaints continue to come in.

The latest? Our owners have recently shared similar complaints about VO Financial or the “New VO,” which we believe has the same principals as VO Group. If you think you’ve been the victim of fraud by any of these companies, or have simply been contacted by them, please call us at1-800-457-0103.

But we also have good news to share on this front. Last month, justice was served to the ringleaders of the VO Group. Here are the details:

• • A 12-person jury unanimously found four out of the five defendants standing trial guilty on multiple counts on Thursday, Sept. 5.
• • In January, a federal grand jury for the District of New Jersey returned a 44-count indictment against the principals of VO Group and co-conspirators. Prior to the trial, 13 co-conspirators pled guilty to the charges against them.
