The 2016 Annual Owners Meeting was a resounding success! We set a record for participation, with approximately 1,300 owners and guests in attendance at the May 20 event in Orlando, Florida. Plus, more than 1,200 virtual attendees watched the live webcast from all over the world.

The day kicked off with club and association updates presented by members of the CLUB WYNDHAM^® executive leadership team, including Geoff Richards, chief operating officer; Peter Hernandez, senior vice president & division controller; and Mark Johnson, executive vice president and chief hospitality officer.

In-person attendees had the opportunity to partake in the Food & Wine Festival — an event full of flavors, friends and fun — along with a wealth of club vendors, including event sponsors RCI^®, Party Weekends, Accelerate to the High Seas and Norwegian Cruise Line^®. Club specialists led owner education sessions on a variety of topics and provided opportunities for one-on-one assistance with vacation planning and membership support.

The day ended with a look back on the last 25 years and all the great vacation memories we’ve made together. We’re overjoyed that this year’s event was such a success. We’re pleased to announce that Wyndham Ocean Boulevard in South Carolina was recently awarded the Platinum RCI^® Green Award — the highest honor in RCI’s Green Award program.
