ENTERING:
Sweepstakes dates: January 1, 2013 – December 31, 2013. Entries can be made online at www.extraholidays.com/sweeps.aspx.

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to U.S. residents age 21 or older. Wyndham Vacation Ownership employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Limit one entry per person. Void where prohibited by law, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories and possessions.

PRIZE:
5-Night stay at a CLUB WYNDHAM® resort offered by Extra Holidays by Wyndham, based on winner's choice, in a one-bedroom unit. Reservations are subject to availability and require 2 days' advance notice. Retail value ranges from $270-$1,710 for 5 nights in a one-bedroom unit depending on resort and travel dates selected. Prize is nontransferable. No prize substitutions and prize may not be redeemed for cash. Prize is redeemed through Extra Holidays by Wyndham. Airfare, transportation, gratuities, other incidental expenses and room taxes (ranging from $16-$22 per night) are not included. Prize expires one year from date of issue.

WINNING:
One winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by PFC (Promotion Fulfillment Center), as the administrator of the sweepstakes, at their office in Camanche, Iowa on or about April 1, 2013, for entries received January 1- March 31, 2013; July 1, 2013, for entries received April 1 - June 30, 2013; October 1, 2013, for entries received July  1- September 30, 2013; and January 2, 2014, for entries received October 1 - December 31, 2013.

Winner does not need to be present to win. Official notice to winner is by email. Winner must claim Prize within 30 days of notification and use Prize within one year from date of issue. If the Winner does not claim the Prize within 30 days, it will be awarded to an alternate winner. Two alternate winners for each prize will be selected at time of drawing. If a prize is unclaimed by the winner, it will be awarded to an alternate winner using the same notification and claim process, and successively to the second alternate winner if necessary. If a prize is unclaimed by the winner and both alternate winners, it will remain unawarded. Winner will be responsible for any local, state and federal taxes related to the Prize. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsor for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or a portion of this sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, Internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries. Sponsor is not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prize or participation in this sweepstakes. A winners list can be obtained two months after the drawing occurs by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Extra Holidays by Wyndham, 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL, 32821.
